Terms of Service
Last updated: 14 May 2026
1. Who we are
Menu Mastermind ("the Service", "we", "us") is operated by Dimitris Taktikos & Elena K. Tsiavasili, based in Greece. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
2. The Service
Menu Mastermind lets restaurants, bars, and hotels design, translate, publish, print, and analyse digital and printed menus, including AI-assisted descriptions, images, translations, and menu engineering.
3. Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate sign-up information. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your password safe.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Upload content that is illegal, infringes third-party rights, or misrepresents allergens, ingredients, or origin of food.
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to disrupt the Service.
- Use the AI features to generate misleading nutritional or medical claims.
- Resell the Service without our written permission.
You remain solely responsible for the accuracy of menu information shown to your customers, including allergens, prices, and dietary tags.
5. Your content
You keep ownership of your menus, photos, logos, and any content you upload. You grant us a limited licence to host, process, translate, and display that content as needed to operate the Service. We may use de-identified, aggregated metadata to improve the Service.
6. AI-generated content
AI features (descriptions, images, translations, menu doctor, AI waiter) are provided "as is". Output may contain errors. Always review AI output before publishing it to customers — we are not liable for inaccuracies, hallucinated allergen claims, or translation errors.
7. Plans and payment
Paid plans, when available, will be billed monthly or annually in advance. Prices are shown on our pricing page. Taxes (including EU VAT) are added where applicable. You authorise our payment processor to charge your chosen method on each renewal until you cancel.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, taxes, cancellations, and refunds are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms.
8. Cancellation
You may cancel at any time from your account. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the current billing period. See our Refund Policy for refund conditions.
9. Service availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, change features, or discontinue parts of the Service with reasonable notice.
10. Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or lost data.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that puts us, our infrastructure, or other users at risk.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by Greek law. Disputes will be resolved by the competent courts of Greece, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules in your country of residence.
