Menu Mastermind offers a free tier. We strongly recommend trying the Service on the free tier before subscribing — it gives you a clear sense of fit.
14-day money-back guarantee
If you upgrade to a paid plan and are not satisfied, email dimitristakt@gmail.com within 14 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full, no questions asked.
EU consumers — right of withdrawal
EU consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal under EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU. By starting to use AI features (descriptions, images, translations, menu doctor) after subscribing, you acknowledge that the digital service has begun and waive the automatic withdrawal right for those features. Our 14-day money-back guarantee above still applies.
After 14 days
Subscriptions renew automatically. After the 14-day window we do not offer pro-rata refunds for unused time on monthly plans. You can cancel at any time and you will keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
For annual plans, we may issue a pro-rata refund at our discretion if you contact us within the first 60 days.
Service failure
If the Service is materially broken for an extended period (more than 48 consecutive hours of full outage in a billing month) and that affects your business, contact us and we will issue an appropriate credit or refund.
Chargebacks
Please email us before filing a chargeback — most issues can be resolved within 24 hours. Unjustified chargebacks may result in account suspension.
How to request a refund
Email dimitristakt@gmail.com from the email address on your account, with your account email and the reason for the request. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
